At Pairs Socks, we want your feet to stay comfortable and stylish, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks must remain in their sealed, original bands and show no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn socks back in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping envelope to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
